Kaochen Metal (Dongguan) Co.,Ltd, as a Taiwan-funded enterprise with registered capital of 3 million US dollars, was launched since 1996 in Shulin District, Xinbei City, Taiwan, specialized from professional tooling self-design and fabrication to precision stamping hardware. It’s operating and management covers about 5000sqm factory, 7000sqm building, and more than 230 employees which including 50 technicians. It’s success also confirmed by IATF16949 Quality authentication system and ISO 14001 environmental management system.
With more and more inquiries from overseas since opening market, Kaochen Metal has expanded gradually with 300 sets of facilities and instruments for quality  guarantee of products, including 43 sets of Taiwan Xieyi Brand high performance punching presses from 25-550T; German ZEISS Brand high precision 3D automatic measurement instrument; Japan Sanfeng Brand high precision profilometer; Taiwan Hengji Brand spindle rotary balance testing machine, etc. With advanced manufacturing equipment and innovative technology, Kaochen Metal has developed rapidly and has gained a large amount of market share over the world in stamping and deep drawing automotive part, household appliance parts, motor parts, sheet parts and any customized hardware parts in various industries ranges. It has been cooperating with Japanese automakers of BMW, HONDA, FAW for long terms. 100% of products sell to overseas, especially to Europe, US, Japan, Korea, etc.
