Since March,1979
Headquarter Kaochen Metal Industrial Co.,Ltd was launched in Junying Street, Shulin District, Xinpei City, Taiwan, which has more than 30 years history.
Since September, 1996,
Kaochen Metal (Dongguan) Co.,Ltd, the first sub-company in Mainland China, was launched in Huangjian Town, Dongguan, China with about 5000sqm factory, 7000sqm building, and more than 200 employees. It is specialized in mold design, precision punching parts and deep drawing parts for house appliance, auto audio parts, auto braking system parts, auto ESC parts, ABS motor parts, and various high precision stamping hardware parts. 100% of products sell to overseas, especially to Europe, US, Japan, Korea, etc.
Since July, 2002,
Kaoshuo Metal (Dongguan) Co.,Ltd, with registered capital of 20,000,000RMB, was launched in New Industrial Zone, Shitanpu Country, Tangxia Twon, Dongguan, China with about 7500sqm building, and more than 200 employees. It has high performance and high speed punching presses 19 sets from 30-300T from Japan and Taiwan, pneumatic punching presses 11 sets from 8-160T, and various high precision measurement instruments including 3D, projector, iron loss meter, etc. It serve clients from different request by independent tooling factory with complete equipment and facilities from tooling self design to punching, to packaging. Junda Die-casting (Dongguan) Co.,Ltd, with registered capital of 100 million TWD, was launched in No.3 Jinlang Street, Diaolang Industrial Zone, Huangjiang Town, Dongguan, China with about 8000sqm land area, and more than 400 employees including 35 technicians. It is a professional Aluminum and Zinc alloy die-casting manufacturer with 12 sets of hot and cold chamber die-casting machines; 2D and 3D high precision automatic measurement instruments, hardness tester, salt spray test chambers, more than 100 sets of fully autometic and semi-autometic machining equipment, like CNC presses, tapping machines, grinding machines, drying machine, ultrasonic washing machine, sandblasting machines.
